Common questions

What's included in a plan?
The whole lanai (screen cage, framing, screens, pool deck, the back wall of the house and the back windows) plus every other outside window. Plans run monthly, every two months or quarterly. Soft wash, roof wash and gutter cleaning can be added.
Do I need to be home?
No. Everything on the plan is outside. Leave us the gate code or tell us who to call at the gatehouse, and we send before-and-after photos when we're done.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, one service or all of them. There's no minimum term. In a service's first 12 months, cancelling it costs one visit's discount: the difference between its one-time price and your plan price, charged once. After 12 months it's free. Cancel within 7 days of your first visit and nothing is charged.
What if something isn't right?
Text us. If a window isn't right, we come back and fix it. That's our 365-day guarantee, and it covers every visit.
Why do you quote each home instead of listing prices?
Because the work varies a lot from house to house: the size of the cage, the deck surface, how much glass faces the lanai, how many windows there are. A real number for your home is more use than a starting price that doesn't hold.
Can you reach high or hard-to-get windows?
Yes. Upper-story glass is cleaned from the ground with a water-fed pole and a pure-water rinse, so there are no ladders against the house.
